• Good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming paradigms
• Good Java Core knowledge
• Good knowledge of Eclipse RCP, Gantt charts
• Good knowledge of Swing
• Good knowledge of J2EE APIs
• Good knowledge of Internet protocols and services
• Experience with Spring, Hibernate, JBoss is a plus
• Experience with Tomcat, Struts 2 is a plus
• Experience with Web Services is a plus
• Experience with Spring Integration is a plus
• Experience with profiling tools, e.g. JProfiler
• Team player with good communication skills
• Strong wish to learn and grow professionally
