-Good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming paradigms
-Good Java Core knowledge
-Good knowledge of J2EE APIs, especially JSF, JSP, JPA, JAX-WS
-Good knowledge of Web Services
-Good knowledge of Internet protocols and services
-Experience with Spring, Hibernate, LDAP, JBoss is a plus
-For Senior Developers a minimum of 3 years experience is required
-Team player with good communication skills
-Strong wish to learn and grow professionally
-Fluent in English; German is an advantage
