-Durchführung der Wartungsarbeiten auf Benutzerebene (für verschiedene Systeme)
-Behebung der Netzwerkprobleme – z.B.: IP - Behebung
-Behebung der Fehler Citrix Remote Session
-Verwaltung der MTP - Buchungen
-Erstellung der Störfalltickets IMAC (Installation Versetzen Hinzufügen Änderung)
-Meldung der Probleme zu Händen der spezifischen zuständigen Gruppen
-Übernahme der Probleme und deren Verwaltung auf Anrufbasis (gemäß der Definition durch SLA)
-Anbietung der Erstlösung während des Anrufs
-Verfolgung und Behebung der Probleme mit Hilfe von SST Incidents (Selbstverwaltung für Standort DUS)
-Verwaltung der Telefonanrufe
-Zusätzliche Verfolgung des eingegangenen elektronischen Schriftverkehrs
-Ausbildung im Bereich Fachinformatik Solide Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen sowie in der Nutzung Standardprogrammen (z.B. MS Office und betrieblicher Standardsoftware)
-Stark ausgeprägte Service- und Qualitätsorientierung
-Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
-Strukturiertes und kundenorientiertes Denken sowie eigenständige, zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise
-Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
-Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
