Together with one of our clients, a multinational company specialised in the manufacture of racking and storage systems for warehouse storage requirements, we are looking for an IT Support Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
Assisting a third party supplier in setting-up a high quality Microsoft network at the site;
Maintaining the network after implementation including: managing backups, users, patch upgrades, licenses, server monitoring, fault finding and communication;
Providing front line network support for users including basic training;
Ensuring network and communications maintenance and enhancement as directed by the third party network support company;
Setting-up new PC/hardware as required;
Providing first line support on the Hilo manufacturing control system (Vantage);
Realizing program reports, dashboards, and BAQs on Vantage;
Auditing Vantage system usage and encourage good practice;
Maintaining the relationship with UK IT staff for shared knowledge transfer.
High level of English language proficiency, written and spoken;
Committed, serious, methodical and able to take responsibility for a task;
Must be able to demonstrate an aptitude for IT concepts;
Flexible thinker able to learn;
Must be able to do some out of hours work .
