- responsible for installing, maintaining and upgrading servers.
- responsible for ensuring the servers are backed up, and that the server data is secure from unauthorized access.

- System Administrator responsability:maintaining the computer systems of a company.
- he/she will participate in the installation, monitoring,
maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware, software,and communication links as well as coordinate strategic and tactical direction for network services.
Day to day management of the technical function, taking a lead role in motivation and support of the team:
- Managing the prioritization of IT tasks, allocating resources as necessary and promoting good communication amongst the team;
- Mentoring and developing members of the team and team building
- Experience of complex IT environments and improvement of the processes
- University degree - technical (informatics is an advantage).
- Relevant experience in a similar position.
- Strong leadership/management skills.
- Knowledge of Linux, Microsoft networking and Microsoft server operating systems including expertise with common office software including Microsoft Windows, Access .
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL, Exchange server and other enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of network equipment such as routers, firewalls, hubs, switches and wireless networking.
- Knowledge of network security practices and technologies
- Knowledge of C++, SQL, HTML, Java
