The IT Help Desk department ensures the customer support and the technical assistance necessary for using the ROUTE 66 products. It analyses the issues raised by the customers and offers real-time solutions through e-mail and phone call.
In this context, within the team, you will participate in ensuring the technical assistance for the company’s German speaking customers in using ROUTE 66 products. You will analyze costumer issues and provide them with solutions in real time by phone or mail.
Having obtained a university degree, you have already accumulated a relevant experience on a similar position. You have an advanced proficiency in German and English, both in written as orally, and you have great communication skills. Being able to work on your own as well as in a team, you can efficiently solve problems encountered by costumers. Experience in the IT field is a plus; however the passion for this domain is a must.
