RESPONSABILITATI

Asigura asistenta la nivel LAN/WAN/hardware/software/telefonie, precum si la nivel de aplicatii a utilizatorilor;
Rezolva problemele aparute in retea prin interventii de la distanta dupa caz si implicit ta
echipamentuuil la care e fost anuntata problema;
Instaleaza / reinstaleaza / configureaza S.O. precum si de software de aplicatie specific proiectelor;
Gestioneaza profile locale/retea si diverse aplicatii;
Documenteaza/inregistreaza fiecare incident in care este implicat respectand procedura de “Incident Reporting”, astfel incat acesta sa poata fi urmarit sau pentru a se gasi si implementa in cel mai scurt timp o solutie finala pentru cazurile in care solutia gasita a fost una temporara;
Ofera suport pentru utilizatori privind modul de folosire a echipamentelor/aplicatiilor/resurselor la care au acces;


CERINTE

• Experienta anterioara in domeniul IT si/sau HelpDesk – minim 1 ani
• Cunostinte in instalare/administrare s.o. MS Windows si Linux;
• Cunostinte despre retele (DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN, Active Directory, Routing/Switching, etc.);
• Abilitatea de a lucra in echipa precum si singur;
• Abilitati de organizare precum si de a prioritiza procesele in care este implicat
• Abilitatea de a comunica problemele/solutiile si intr-o maniera non-tehnica
• Disponibilitate de a lucra in weekend si in ture;
