Excellent time management (be able to make at least 30 phone calls an hour if required);
Multi-tasking (proficient in talking on the phone and writing down really relevant information, preferably in the same time);
Attention to details (not that the candidate is blue – eyed, but read the truth between the lines);
Outspoken and daring;
Challenging with self and persistent in attaining goals;
Pushy up to the limit of getting things done fast and well;
