Member of the Inflators Romania (IRO) Production Team, he is in charge of the Internal Logistic on the site in respecting the performance, personnel issues, safety and environment. Moreover, he must guarantee the respect of the standards of logistic department. He will be under the responsibility of the Logistics Manager.
Responsabilities:
The Internal flow:
- According to the customers’ needs, the Internal Logistics Engineer plans the references on the manufacturing lines.
- Moreover he ensures the flow of the components and the inflators on the forwarding shops. He guarantees the supply of components to the production services.
- He has a constant regard for improving the quality, service, cost ratio.
Drive the continuous improvement and the lessons learned :
- The Internal Logistics Engineer offers improvement actions in order to solve the mishaps detected within his activity.
Management and communication :
- Everyday, the Internal Logistics Engineer is in relation with the forwarding logistic representative and supplier logistic representative so as to know IRO needs and to be informed of the delivery problems.
Experience:
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Logistics, experience on a similar position
- Engineer Diploma is preferred, but not obligatory
- Knowledge in Logistics, Production planning and management of resources
Background & skills:
- Ability to lead a team, ability to work in different teams (excellent communicator)
- Fluent English necessary
- Open-mindedness, trustfulness, proactivity
- To be able to make decisions, to be able to meet deadlines
- Well organized, structured in sense of figures
