Pentru clientii nostri, companii multinationale active in domeniul automotive, cautam Inginer sau Tehnician injectie mase plastice.
Responsabilitati:
Participa la transferul de tehnologie;
Intocmeste instructiuni de lucru, plane de operatii, flux tehnologic pentru procesul de injectie;
Asigura punerea in functiune a utilajelor de injectie ;
Asigura optimizarea procesului de injectie (ciclu de functionare, metode de lucru);
Propune metode de imbunatatire pentru procesul de injectie;
Asigura urmarirea indicatorilor de performanta pe echipamente ;
Asigura formarea reglorilor din productie si a operatorilor care lucreaza la utilajele de injectie;
Evalueaza periodic starea utilajelor si a dispozitivelor, lanseaza reparatii si urmareste respectarea termenelor.
Studii medii/superioare tehnice;
Experienta in domeniul prelucrarii materialelor ( de preferat injectie mase plastice, cauciuc) min. 2 ani;
Cunostinte Autocad (Catia constituie avantaj);
Cunostinte proiectare tehnologii, flux tehnologic;
Capacitatea de a citi planuri tehnice 2 D si 3D;
Cunostinte de limba franceza si/sau engleza;
Lucru in echipa;
Capacitate de analiza si rezolvare de probleme.
