RESPONSABILITATI

- Ensuring suitable and reliable coordination between Engineering teams and Construction teams
- Monitoring and coordination of responses to site queries during construction
- Maintaining the CM engineering status, defined by management, ensuring that it is aligned with Project strategy and standards
- Facilitating the field engineering activities, processes and preparations for all departmental units, providing advise, guidance and support when required
- Reviewing the field engineering activities performed by other units and subcontractors, integrating them into the general CM plan
- Assuring correct and timely preparation special (critical) method statement- work procedures needed for field works
- Preparation - review of lifting plan for all critical heavy lifting /installation ,in collaboration with HSE Manager and CSM
- Assuring completeness and timely preparation of WORK PACKAGE for all construction activities within live plant ,inclusive of assistance of planning and material management departments.
- Ensuring that all departmental field engineering activities are completed in a timely manner within the CM's schedules and deadlines
- Development and Implementation of ENGINEERING CHANGE MANAGEMENT of all documentation and AFC drawings in order to guarantee prompt execution and tractability of changes and back changes in liaison with Contract department .This includes evaluation of impact on schedule and project cost
