- Prepares of the monthly payroll, statements and filing with the authorities;
- Ensures of the completeness and accuracy of all the input data for the payroll process;
- Administrates the personnel files, the labor books and the Employees Register, according to the company policy and the Romanian legislation;
- Updates regularly the payroll database, generates reports and statistics related to human resources topics;
- Participates in the budgeting and salaries estimations;
- Participates in the recruiting activities;
- Supports other professional processes within the HR department.
- University degree preferably Finance and/or Accounting;
- Very good knowledge of Romanian Legislation (labor laws, fiscal provisions);
- Personnel Inspector Certificate;
- At least 2- 3 years experience in payroll and HR Administration;
- English language upper level, German is an advantage;
- Knowledge about SAP HR modules - is an advantage;
- Very good computer skills (Excel, Word);
- Good communication skills.
