• Sourcing, selecting and screening appropriate candidates;
• Preparing and managing the staff records;
• Ensuring the necessary information regarding the personnel issues;
• Administrating the personnel database;
• Keeping accounts for vacation leaves, sick leaves, time-off, work bonuses and turnover;
• Realizing the recruitment and selection process in order to identify the best candidates that fit the job profile;
• Ensuring the accuracy of the transmitted information in order to have a proper communication between the employees;
• Preparing the necessary forms for employment and verifying the personnel file (ensuring that all the needed documents are attached to the file);
• Archiving the personnel files for the liquidated employees.
