- Coordinate application of professional processes for the recruitment and selection of candidates in order to attract the best talent available;
- Organise interviews and maintain the database uptdated
- Implement young graduates¿ selection and development processes
- Initiate & organize performance appraisal and reviews
- Implement competency-based training programs and development plans for all employees
- Provide specific development activities (seminars and presentations)
- Report the performances of the HR activities.
- University degree in a relevant discipline (Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources etc.).
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in human resources.
- Very Good knowledge of interview techniques, recruitment & selection, HR consulting tools and methodologies
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive and flexible person; Results oriented, dynamic person;
- Project management knowledge
- Fluency in English.
