Our client is the largest and the most innovative European online market research company operating in Romania. The company currently employs 500 people who carry out projects for more than 40 countries. The company's client portfolio includes prestigious corporations from all over the world, operating in the FMCG, IT, healthcare, media or advertising industries. The organisation is affiliated with various market research professional organizations: AIMRI, ESOMAR and EFAMRO.
Main activities:
¿ Coordinate application of professional processes for the recruitment and selection of candidates in order to attract the best talent available;
¿ Implement young graduates¿ selection and development processes
¿ Initiate & organize performance appraisal and reviews
¿ Implement competency-based training programs and development plans for all employees
¿ Provide specific development activities (seminars and presentations)
¿ Report the performances of the HR activities.
* University degree in a relevant discipline (Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources etc.).
* Min 1 year of proven experience in human resources.
* Very Good knowledge of interview techniques, recruitment & selection, HR consulting tools and methodologies
* Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A proactive and flexible person; Results oriented, dynamic person;
* Project management knowledge
* Fluency in English.
* Advanced computer skills
