Minimum experience in recruitment and selection area is required and you should be gifted with the |can do&succeed| attitude.
Further, you have to be: committed, driven by desire to succeed, a positive thinker, pro-active, fast, open-minded and trustworthy, respectful towards yourself and everybody around you.
Also: young, top caliber, smart, funny,and very....modest :)
Availability to travel 30% of the working time is a must, as well as an advanced level of English.
Driving licence would be an advantage.
