- Pre sales support for communication solutions with focus on voice and data networks (communication systems and – applications, IP-infrastructure)
- Configuration and calculation of the conceived solution
- Customer-ready elaboration of the offer (technical concept description, finalizing)
- Project monitoring (partial project management) during realization
University degree
Specialization in the technical communications domain
Job experience: 1-3 years is an advantage
Good knowledge of German and English Language
Project experience: effective management of (part-)projects is an advantage
Competent appearance by customers and partners
Widespread and detailed knowing in the voice-/data communication field
Especially profound knowledge in communication platforms and technologies for enterprises (PBX, IP-PBX, native IP telephony, Voice over IP), communication applications (CTI, unified messaging, call/contact center, CRM, mobile solutions).
