Running the purchasing process from order till delivery
Keeping clear evidence of the whole process and related documents: offers, contracts, purchasing orders, checking invoices and orders, follow up contracts, reception
Preparing and run negotiations with the suppliers when needed
Update and maintain supplier information for periodic evaluations
Collaboration with other departments for cost saving programs
Assist and help to increase company long-term profitability
Search and select new suppliers for services and utilities
Develop a positive rapports with all suppliers
Work with suppliers to ensure product and services availability, delivery scheduling and to solve any pricing or delivering issues
Keep up to date on the trends and the needs
Participate to periodical meetings and inventories if necessary
Collaborate with all internal departments and company's headquarter to ensure purchasing regulations are in place
Economical or Technical University degree
Very good knowledge of services and auxiliary materials market
3 years experience in purchasing services
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self motivated and assertive person
Well organized person with good analytical skills
English - fluent (spoken and written)
French advantage but not compulsory
PC knowledge: MS Office, Internet, E-mail, ERP Knowledge
