Area of activity / Responsibility:
- Leading the start up of a new business venture
- Establishing a viable business as well as being a focal point for the transfer of technical and managerial experstise
- Realising and ensuring a secure, smooth and cost optimised production according to defined quality standards
- Ensuring that all production machines and working materials are supervised, maintained and repaired regulary
- Preparing, planning and monitoring any investments within the plant
- Setting, meeting and monitoring qualitative and quantitative aims
- Implementing and keeping Health & Safety Standards
- Evaluating, advising and commenting on major claims from both suppliers and customers
- University degree ( either a qualified engineer or MBA )
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company preferably in a metal-processing environment
- Sound knowledge of production machines and work procedures
- Goof communication skills ( good written and spoken English skills)
- Sound appreciation of business investment assessment techniques
- Appropriate social and managerial skills
