RESPONSABILITATI

The position of Financial Director is required in the early stages of the start up process to assist in the preparation and establishing of the company and internal processes. Once established, the Financial Director will be fully responsible for all financial, legal and administrative issues for the site. The Financial Director will be a key driver in the management of the Romanian site.
Responsibilities:

Hiring, introduction and training of administrative personnel;
Financial reporting (for Group consolidation and local statutory regulations);
Administrative issues related to personnel and company as required by Romanian law;
Establishing/translating group methods and procedures (into Romanian);
Achieving agreed KPI¿s, forecasts and budgets;
Establishing and maintaining effective working environment with open communication;
Employee accountability;
Responsible for preparing and presenting VAT declarations and other local requirements;
Develop local bank financing;
Develop and control the local cash flow;
Establishing and controlling data accuracy through continuous improvement in the ERP processes of the financial and cost control modules;
Cost reduction of administrative functions by automating administrative routines in the ERP system.


CERINTE

Experience in controlling finance in a similar sized (or larger) international organization with medium volume production is an advantage;
Degree in Finance/Administration or related subject;
Up to date knowledge of Romanian laws and legislation;
Ability to resolve issues at a local level with resources available;
Fluent in the languages of English or Spanish;
Leadership personality - the ability to command a presence and deliver clear directions;
Good communicator with influencing skills;
Demonstrated ability to effectively delegate and guide a team to deliver the agreed objectives in the agreed due dates;
Commercial acumen ¿ ability to understand and act upon business/financial reports and KPI¿s;
Computer literate ¿ MS office, ERP systems;
Pro-active - the ability develop future plans to deliver the company¿s strategic objectives.
