- Manages the finance and accounting activities to ensure accurate and timely, internal and external financial reporting and compliance with statutory requirements;
- Realizes the controlling, planning and reporting activities;
- Implements and maintains a standard costing system and comparisons of actual to standard and analyzes the variances;
- Ensure and coordinate an effective cash management flow;
- Manages financial analyzes and recommends specific measures to increase productivity and profitability.
- High level of education in Finance / Accounting;
- Previous experience in leading the Finance / Accounting department (2 to 3 years) of a manufacturing company;
- Accountant expert, 2-3 years of experience in accounting
- Competent decision maker with the ability to delegate and negotiate;
- SAP experience is an advantage;
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- Analytical approach with good solving problem skills.
