The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for retail sales of Mac/iPad/iPod from specified retailer stores in Brasov, Cluj-Napoca, Targu-Mures, Oradea, Timisoara, Craiova, Sibiu
• Manage delivery of all sales targets and other key objectives set for the stores;
• Manage a team of Mac Solution Consultants present in the specified points of sale (Brasov, Cluj-Napoca, Targu-Mures, Oradea, Timisoara, Craiova, Sibiu);
• Work with the Account Managers to establish and set performance targets for the Mac Solution Consultants on a quarterly basis.
• Drive delivery of plans via Mac Solution Consultants according to the business plan,the retail program objectives and product launch strategy;
• Manage the ownership of the commercial relationship with all specified stores in the country;
o Manage the sale of Apple products into all stores;
o Manage delivery of agreed activity against budgets approved with Retail Manager;
o Build and retain strong relationships within management teams at each point of sale
• Manage delivery of timely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting;
• Accountable for ensuring Apple product merchandising is always up to standard within relevant Point of Sale;
• Ensure the roll out of new marcom/marketing campaigns into Points of Sale and their Field Staff team is fully briefed;
• Ensure that Mac Solution Consultants are hired within a timely and cost effective manner that meets recruitment guidelines and quality standards;
• Ensure high levels of product knowledge are maintained within each account, enabling in-store staff to communicate the Apple advantage to customers;
• Coordinate with the local retail team and Training Manager to ensure delivery of the training curriculum defined for Mac Solution Consultants;
• Maintain and direct a sense of ‘team spirit’ for the Mac Solution Consultants;
• Provide a weekly update to the Retail Manager on the performance of their territory.

• Fluency in English;
• Ability to motivate, lead and develop a high performing team through remote management;
• A superior communicator with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional local and VAD teams;
• Strong ability to convince others internally and externally of business needs and opportunities;
• Analytical and financial skills;
• Proven track record of success in the delivery of quotas;
• Understanding of solution based selling;
• Ability to deliver time sensitive projects;
• Nationally mobile;
• University degree;
• Willing to use the personal car (all expenses will be settled).
