Job Summary:

You will be involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations for the buildings’ maintenance, ensuring that the organisation has the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities.

What will your responsibilities look like?

Managing the spaces in which the Brasov offices are located
Working with service providers such as utility companies (gas, electricity, running water) or interior designers among others
Optimal organisation of office spaces
Ensuring that the necessary materials are available (office supplies, cleaning and maintenance products)
What abilities will you need?

A valid Category B Driver’s License
General computer skills and the Microsoft Office package
The (minimal) ability to interpret technical building and installation plans
Medium English skills, both verbally and in writing represent an advantage
The ability to use an ERP represents an advantage

Good communication and negotiation abilities

What experience do you need?

3-5 years of experience in building management or similar experience
2-3 years of experience in the administrative department of a company with 50-100 employees
