- to organize, develop and coordinate the training department;
- to develop and deliver training programs for soft skills and teambuilding;
- to analyze the training needs;
- to maintain the relationship with the clients and to offer consultancy;
- to draw-up reports.
For the Headquarter in Sibiu we are looking for a TRAINING COORDINATOR.
Requirements:
-university degree;
- relevant experience in developing and delivering training programs;
- excellent computer skills;
- good command of English language;
- driving license B category;
- organizing and coordinating abilities.
