Timely, accurate and complete accounting records, verification and processing of accounting entries;
Close & Reconcile subledgers: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Capital & Debts operations;
Perform Intercompany reconciliations
Assist to Prepare the financial statements under the Romanian legal requirements (Balance Sheet, Income statement, Cash Flow)
Provide support to Finance Manager in definition/implementation of internal control system/procedures
Provide monthly and quarterly reports required by management (ex. new entrances in Fix Assets Register, customers ageing, others )
Participate in the budgeting process, variance analysis
Providing support to Finance manager in preparing the IFRS Group reporting
University degree in Economics
Very good knowledge of Romanian legislation (accounting and taxation)
knowledge of IFRS and experience in financial reporting a bonus
Minimum 3 years experience in finance activity
Very good command of English
Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Chartered accountant (student) would be a plus
Strong analytical skills
