Reporting to the Company Administrator and to Senior Management of Corporate Finance Group in Germany
¿ organize, manage and control the Finance and Administration functions
¿ Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all management accounts according to IFRS procedures as well as local tax and legal regulations;
¿ Recording and control of stock movements, payment of invoices , deliveries and sales;
¿ Manage cash and credit control
¿ Manage product pricing and discounts;
¿ Implement decisions considering various change management aspects, especially people-related ones;
¿ Relevant seniority and experience in a similar role (at least 3-5 years
¿ Extensive knowledge of reporting and consolidation according to IFRS;
¿ Strong knowledge of Romanian tax and legal issues;
¿ Strong abilities in managing cash flows, controlling an reporting activities
¿ Computer literacy ¿ SAP - is a must
¿ University education in Economics/Finance / MBA is a plus;
¿ very good communication skills in English (speaking & writing). German is a plus.
