Analizeaza proiectele de la clientii noi si le repartizeaza catre departamente.
Ia decizii in ceea ce priveste reprioritizarea proiectelor intre diversi clienti.
Intervine ca mediator in clarificarea problemelor legate de buget sau termene de livrare a proiectelor.
Se asigura de nivelul de calitate al proiectelor livrate corelat cu satisfactia clientului.
Repartizeaza sarcini catre personalul din subordine pentru atingerea obiectivelor departamentului
Studii superioare tehnice
Experienta in coordonarea unui departament de proiectare - minim 3 ani
Cursuri de specialitate : Management, Project Management, Team Management.
Cunostinte software : MsOffice; CAD - nivel mediu
Cunostinte de limba engleza - avansat
Persoana responsabila, obiectiva, analitica.
Bune abilitati de comunicare verbala si scrisa.
Abilitati de organizare , planificare, rezolvare de probleme la un nivel superior.
