-Contacts assigned customer accounts or prospects to sell company services within a designated geographic territory or by type of customers. Focuses on personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationship and troubleshooting specific customer problems.
-Sells and stimulates demand for company services with existing and new customers in a given geographic area in order to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives in line with sales targets of the department.
-Searches for, identifies and develops leads from lists, publications and given information to increase market share in the territory.
-Follows the market and competition evolution and transmits information to his superior.
-Negotiates the terms and conditions with the customers and based on the customer's needs prepare the contracts.
-Ensures that all services and products are professionally introduced.
-Travels through the assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers.
-Participates in sales meetings to obtain information on sales objectives, promotional actions, new product/services etc.
-Accompanies junior sales professionals on visits where appropriate, and contributes to training of less experienced sales representatives.
-Intermediate level sales professional with services and market knowledge;
-Relevant sales experience, preferable in Mobile Telephony, Insurance, FMCG area;
-Decisiveness, analytical thinking, self management, accountability, tenacity, excellent communication & organizational skills;
-Good interpersonal skills;
-Fluency in Romanian and English;
-PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
-Driving license – B type – mandatory;
-Minimum high-school graduate.
