- Organization, formation and coordination of the subordinate team
- Provide the necessary of products and the optimum deposit of the goods
- Responsibilities regarding the sales, the productivity and the costs of the department
- Efficient coordination of the range of goods in the department
- Identifying, studying and recommending changes/improvements in process, methods to ensure higher quality
- Identifying, developing, training and motivating all employees of Technical/ Construction department to ensure highest quality, improve productivity and optimum equipment conditions
Compliance with the company procedures
- University or college degree, with focus on business, sales, marketing or economics
- Excellent English skills (both verbal and written)/ German is a plus
- MS Office knowledge
- Problem solving and troubleshooting
