- Defines the causes for the breakdown of the electronic systems during incoming inspection, assembly, customer service;
- Participates at the meetings for preventive and corrective actions;
- Evaluates and estimates the special returns and documents the results in the data base;
- Repairs and modifies the electronic systems in compliance with the new specifications;
- Creates work procedures according to the quality standards and makes improvement proposals for the already existing work instructions;
- Contact person for quality issues;
- Presents the results of the analysis during the quality meetings (intern and at the customer).
- University degree - electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunication engineering;
- At least 3-4 years experience;
- Very good English language knowledge (German language is an advantage);
- Communication and teamwork skills;
- Proactive attitude;
- Pays attention to details;
- Experience in production or quality is an advantage.
