Able to respond to customer inquiries in a polite, professional manner; provide solutions on time
Perform a constant follow up
Efficient administration of customers’ accounts
Provide customer support on different software applications
Keeping a log of all actions taken in solving customers’ issues
Make sure that all the technical problems reported by the customers are solved
Offer suggestion to improve the services provided

You pay attention to detail and accuracy, have problem analysis and problem-solving skills. Exposure to an international environment is a must. The ability to learn on the fly combined with a natural curiosity is highly appreciated as well. Very Good English communication and writing skills together with proficiency in MS Office complete the profile.
