Our company, located in Brasov, is extending its activity. Therefore we are currently recruiting talented and ambitious people seeking careers in Logistics as Customer Support.
Key responsibilities:
- Collect the customer needs, participate to the production strategy and send the components order to the customers
- Manages the logistics flow for each customer and optimizes the time between production and shipments
- Responsible to maintain a good relationship with customers
- Performs regular analysis regarding forecasts and deliveries for customers

- University Degree (economical/technical studies)
- At least 2 years experience in Supply Chain area
- Good knowledge in Ms Office
- Very good English spoken/written
- French language is an advantage
- Good resistance under stress and time pressure
- Good autonomy
- Well organized and disciplined
- Capacity of listening and communication with the customer
- Teamwork orientated, good human relations
- Work experience with international company is a plus.
