We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives.
We provide Customer Service to our collaborators all across Canada and the United States, as well as Real Estate Agents.
The communication is done mostly via e-mail. On the evening shift there will be a few inbound/outbound calls.
The responsibilities are: answer to all e-mails, answer to all Tickets, collaborate with our Programing staff in order to solve issues, answer to Chat inquiries by Real Estate agents, Photo Editing, Test new applications following procedures, providing quality assurance, making sure all applications are working properly and are user friendly.
We also create the Virtual tours for houses for sale/rent, and part of your job will be to also edit photos and panoramic scenes. Training will be provided, but passion for photography and/or photo editing is a plus :)
-Experience in providing Customer Service in English
-Experience in English Call Center
-Patience, courtesy, soft skills
-Inclination towards technical side
-Enthusiasm in learning new things, wanting to grow in the company, bringing new ideas and of course thinking outside of the box
-Experience with troubleshooting of internet related applications ( ex: clearing cache, changing Browser settings)
-Experience using Mozzila thunderbird, Photoshop, Panoramic scene stitching software ( not mandatory but definitely PLUS)
- HTML/CSS knowledge is a PLUS
-Second foreign language is a PLUS
Great fun team!
Very good schedule:
3 weeks on morning shift( 8:00-17:00)
1 week evening shift (17:00-1:00)
All Sundays are OFF! Work 1-2 Saturdays per month - ONLY on morning shift
Location in the center of the City, you can easily get here from any part of town ( Centrul Civic)
