Our client is a leading service provider for every aspect of effective solutions in fields of Customer Communication and Supply Chain Management in Europe and non-European markets. Together we are looking for Customer Service Agents with German in Brasov.
Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries regarding retail;
Educating and assisting customer about specifics on client’s online platform;
Resolving customer issues;
Efficiently handling a pre-defined number of emails per hour;
Maintaining focus on customer satisfaction and flags systemic issues that cause dissatisfaction;
Performing other related duties.
Excellent German composition skills with regard to grammar, spelling and vocabulary - ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response;
Good German reading comprehension skills-- ability to clearly understand, acknowledge and reply to customer issues;
Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue amidst a bustling, fast-paced environment;
Ability to use a desktop computer system;
Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer;
Excellent typing skills with regard to typing speed and communication style in free text emails; ability to appropriately select and make use of pre-defined text modules and customize to individual customers’ questions;
Demonstrable understanding of the Internet and in particular e-commerce websites (client as well as competitors);
Demonstrate an ability to successfully navigate websites;
Demonstrate a proficient knowledge of email applications;
Demonstrate an ability to learn in various media;
Ability to successfully adapt to changes in their environment.
