Manpower Professional is the recruitment and consulting division dedicated to projects for Management and Specialists level.
- The role involves leading recruitment projects and customer relations, as well as participating to business development activities.
- Working closely with clients in order to deliver quality and timely recruitment services;
- Apply recruiting practices ;
- Assisting the client during the employment process;
- Performing full recruitment process: analysis of clients requests, elaborates the sourcing plans, CV screening, face-to-face interviews, recruitment reports;
- Acting as a project manager in dealing with commercial and delivery aspects during the entire process.

- University degree
- Extensive market knowledge and experience in one of the following fields: Engineering, Sales&Marketing, IT&C, Human Resources, Banking
- Minimum 2 years previous involvment with recruitment activities;
- Passion for HR domain
- Very good knowledge of interview techniques, recruitment and selection ;
- Knowledge and understanding of a broad range of human resources administrative policies and procedures is a plus;
- A proactive and flexible attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure
- Autonomous and results-oriented attitude
- Brilliant at customer relations;
- Talented for evaluating characters and skills;
- Good communicator and active listener;
- Highly organized and results oriented;
- Ethic, discrete and self confident;
- Enthusiastic, looking for a challenge and new learning opportunities;
- Proficient in English and another European language;
- PC literate.
