You will be gradually involved in multiple projects according to your availability and project complexity. Some of your projects will include:
- Offering technical support by phone for those customers that are using high speed internet solutions;
- Offering support, by phone and e-mail, for those customers that use our gaming devices (this may include but it is not limited to installation instructions or troubleshooting, replacement under warranty conditions etc);
