RESPONSABILITATI

Oversee the financial-accounting function of the company for financial reporting, preparation of budget, cash flow forecasts and other projections as required by Company management
Deal with banks and financing institutions regarding day-to-day issues
Supervise legal and tax issues such as involvement in tax and accounting aspects of acquisition due diligence, administration of leases, administration of construction agreements
Representing the company in relation with third parties: banks, insurance companies, lawyers, auditors etc
Review and update company internal policies and procedures in order to maintain best practices financial and accounting processes
Build and manage a local staff
Coach and develop finance-accounting team capabilities, contributing to an efficient and open working environment
Controlling and setting up controlling processes


CERINTE

Fluent English
University degree in Finance or Business Administration
Strong experience from a multinational/ financial institution
Experience from an Real Estate firm
Strong in Project Financing and cost control
Experience in Cash Flow, Forecasting and MIS systems
Strong technical accounting, tax, legal and controlling experience, including understanding of IAS and/or IFRS or GAAP standards
Supervising legal issues, debtor management and cost reduction
Hands-on person who takes charge, is capable of participation in building a new company, is resourceful and enjoys freedom with a drive to take initiative
Confident, natural leadership skills through both his/her personality and competence
Team player, good motivator and communicator, encouraging human values and developing relationships with colleagues across functions
Possess the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and delegate appropriately for the finance team and other business associates
Possess solid written and verbal communication, logical problem solving and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of customer needs
The person should be accurate, with urgency in respecting deadlines, enthusiasm, team player, organized, customer oriented, able to handle stress, motivated
The person should be independent, a self starter, a business developer, have a strong analytical background
