CONTENTS
Ensure the good operational performances in the Technical Support team assisting the Team Leader
Manage regularly the team members to ensure the performance
Set and keep continuous communication with other teams as well as the Technical Support Management to ensure the coherence in the organization and share the best practices.


Mission
• Ensure a high level Customer satisfaction by fixing the technical and Customer satisfaction issues
• Owning the capacity planning aiming to ensure the best Service level in the team
• Provide daily reports to the management regarding the Outlook performance in the team
• Identify and evaluate complex and sensitive issues and escalate to the right team/department
• Be available to coach the team directly
• Ensure the right utilization of Case Ownership in the team aiming to do the right follow-up to the customers to get the maximum customer satisfaction
• Help the team to know and apply the processes and procedures and direct coach.


CERINTE

At least 1 year’s similar experience
• English is imperative, Spanish and/or Italian
• Technical education or engineer) or equivalent professional experience.

• High skills in writing, organizing and synthesis. Ease relational
• Good Technical English
• Quality and service oriented
• Able to understand easily operational processes
• Able to handle urgencies and priorities
• Proactive and autonomous
