RESPONSABILITATI

Main objective: Design inflators and components using CATIA, and manage data in Autoliv system (PDM)
The final design must fulfill all international regulations, Autoliv standards and customer requirements
-Responsible for designing inflators
-Build up 3D models of components and assemblies;
-Build up 2D drawings with all dimensions and tolerances for components;
-PDM work in (pre)APDS development teams
-Component design and support in dialogue with suppliers and Design Authority


CERINTE

-University studies (Mechanical Engineering)
- 1 - 2 years expierence (Automotive/ mechanical design)

CATIA training mandatory
Specialised knowledge required to obtain performance on this job ( e.g. experience in working with automatic machines, etc);

CATIA v5
Theoretical knowledge in design and conception of technical parts, metallic parts machining;
Theoretical knowledge about stamping, forging, machining metals.

Well organized.
Knowledge and abilities needed to achieve the job demands (e.g. MS - Word, Excel, Charts, Customer Service, etc).
Fluency in English (spoken & written)
MS Office – good knowledge
- Team work orientated, self-responsible
- Ability to keep a deadline, autonomy,
- Well-motivated to perform current tasks,
- Capacity of listening and communication, reactive and synthetic.
- Good personal drive
