At least 3 years of documented experience as Quality Manager in a manufacturing company with international activities;
Documented experience and results with coordination of international multi site quality projects and tasks;
Documented experience and results with: Systems design, handling, application for, and development of PED;
Documented experience and results with coordination and implementation of large customer quality projects;
Documented experience with planning and management of large improvement projects at suppliers side;
Ability to: Read, write, and speak fluently business English;
Ability to speak other language is a plus. (Danish, German, Italian, Finnish);
MS Office software at super user level;
Six sigma data analysis tools at user level;
SPC data analysis tools at user level;
Extensive travel to: own facilities, customers and suppliers within Europe is a fundamental requirement.Travel outside Europe is expected.
Our client is an international production company. For the newly established manufacturing facility in Brasov we are looking for a Business Process and Quality Manager.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate and manage quality management systems development and integration/implementation;
Identify, manage, and follow up on continuous improvement projects and activities across group facilities;
Analyze, identify, plan, manage and follow up on Six Sigma and Lean projects and activities;
Develop new and existing relations to customers QA interfaces;
Manage quality aspects with suppliers;
Develop, refine, and follow up on Key Performance Indicators;
Act within the full scope of Management´s representative, as defined in the ISO9001;
Manage deployment and develop talent of European QA/QC human resources;
Manage and develop relations to notified bodies.
This is a position that will give the right candidate a key role that will inspire him to function within a flat organizational hierarchy, where the path from decision to implementation is short;
The right candidate will, be able to influence his/her position and be able to come aboard in the early development stages of this newest development;
