Job Summary
• Analyze business requirements from clients or internal stakeholders in interactive discussions. Document them down in a structuDuties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Bridge communications between clients and our technical development team.
• Translate feature requests and change requests from the business perspective to structured format.
• Organize and lead the requirements process.
• Support the Sales Team in preparing RFIs (Request for Information) and RFPs (Request for Proposal)
• update internal Marketing and Sales team with Development and Roadmap information
red manner. Prepare for hand-over to the technical (development) teams by writing user-stories (if applicable) and requirements as well as optional documents as input for the design phase.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Tools like Doors and Jira.
• At least 3 years experience in the domain.
• Engineering background and skills in IT system configuration
• Special knowledge: IT and Telecom experience is an advantage
• high technical affinity
• Project Management understanding
• Negotiation skills with Developers and Marketing/Sales people
• English and German language is mandatory
• Know how to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences
• passion for IT, Media and telecoms topics
Credentials and Qualifications
• Desired minimum experience: 2 years in Media and telecommunication and/or years in technical sales

• Flexibility in location and mind
• Strong teamwork competence.
• Disposition to travel, if applicable.
