Project:
All team members will be part of a team for delivering the first phase of the project to our client. The technology is Microsoft stack. The BA is required to be involved full time in requirements clarifications. Travel to UK is required in the first part of January (2 weeks) with the purpose of establishing the backlog and deliverable with milestones for delivery.
With more than 25 operational centers, our client is one of the biggest companies in the logistic field in UK. They have had implemented a system that met business requirements for the last decade, but they want to improve the performance of it by implementing a new application that will integrate furthermore the business and can offer the possibility to manage orders and billings, schedule shipments and deliveries, manage human and financial resources.
You will:
• Gather, document and analyse requirements for a project;
• Design of the solution including: functional specification(use cases, interfaces, workflows);
• Recommend solutions that enable the organization and business owners to achieve its goals;
• Bring business interests inside the delivery teams and ensure requirements are implemented as expected.
You should have:
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written;
• Proficient in English - conversational/ business/ technical;
• 3+ years of experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, working with customers and development teams;
• Very good analytical and synthesis skills, organized & detail oriented;
• Experience in working directly with customers and development teams.
You could have:
• Knowledge of analysis & design tools & techniques (such as UML & Enterprise Architect, but not limited to those);
• Past experience in developing applications in business domains such as insurance, financial sector, banking.
