Our clients is a national importer and distributor of Steel and Sanitary Appliances. Toghether we are looking for a Branch Manager in Brasov.
Maintaining and developing the clients` portfolio;
Evaluating the personnel needs and selecting the potential candidates;
Proposing, ellaborating and implementing the personel evaluation and motivation system;
Proposing and managing the budgets;
Establishing the sales target and strategies together with the Commercial Manager;
Ensuring a proper functionality of the branch from the logistic point of view.
University degree;
Relevant experience in a similar position;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Good knowledge in building materials market;
Very good planning and coordinating abilities.
