- handle complaints
- initiate transport
- handle all transport and sales related documents correctly
- Good command of both ENGLISH and GERMAN or ITALIAN
- Experience in customer service activities
- PC operating knowledge
- ERP system knowledge is a plus
- Dynamic, used to working in a team
