Analist Programator (Senior Developer)

Job Description:
We are looking for Senior Developer / Analyst.

Specific tasks include but are not limited to:
¿ responsible for program design & documentation
¿ coordination with project team members, developers, operations personnel, database admins, consultants & vendors
¿ Implement and document testing best practice
¿ ensure total quality control of DCI software products
¿ Work closely with analyst and project management


Qualifications required:
¿ Excellent analytical skills and the ability to create required development documentation (i.e. specs and use cases).
¿ excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
¿ Experienced SQL, TSQL and .NET developer
¿ Experienced in system analysis and specification
¿ Experienced in a formal project management methodology
¿ Windows NT/2000/XP O/S
¿ Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
¿ demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment, ability to understand customer needs and manage expectations, excellent negotiation and organizational skills with ability to orchestrate change through influence


Desirable Qualifications:
¿ BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience (5+ years)
¿ MCP or MCDBA or similar certification
¿ Experience with/knowledge of Microsoft .Net technologies

The candidate should be:
¿ Self-motivated
¿ Able to work on his/her own initiative and be able to work on a team.
¿ Interaction with clients, customers and engineers, requires that the candidate be a good communicator in both verbal and the written word.
¿ German language considered a plus value
