RESPONSABILITATI

Dealing with secretarial activities (answer the phone, use of the fax, registration of incoming and outgoing documents, correspondence with clients and suppliers);
Being responsible with primary bookkeeping;
Updating the financial programs (invoice overview, cash flow, expenses);
Being responsible with the forecast expenses and incomes;
Being responsible with personnel administration tasks (calculating the salaries, employees’ labor contracts);
Handling occasional purchasing activities.


CERINTE

Minimum 1 year in Administrative Assistant / Secretary position;
Background in accountancy field is a plus;
Fluent in English;
Pleasant and approachable appearance and manner;
Ability to work of own initiative.
