Ensure that all files/cases received for bad debts recovery are timely processed;
Responsible to accomplish the conciliation procedure (send the conciliation letters, perform direct conciliation, negotiate and conclude payment transactions);
Responsible for specific Court procedures:
summons procedure: word, submit and plead files in Court;
compulsory execution procedure;
Sustain in front of court the actions on behalf of EOS.
University degree required – Law School;
At least one year experience in legal related activities; for senior positions at least two years experience;
Previous experience in dealing with collection and bad debts recovery (would be a plus);
Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills;
Good English knowledge.
