- Finds new advantaged real estate sites in line with the retail asset strategy of the company; renews existing/expiring lease contracts;
- Supervises projects (construction) with particular emphasis on quality and completion time; receipt of the new shops;
- Communicating effectively with owners, real estate agencies, local authorities and regional development authorities; arrangement of shops local registering papers;
- Coordinates the suppliers and subcontractors;
- Cooperates closely with Area Sales Managers to achieve best results.
- University degree (preferable technical);
- Basic knowledge of constructions;
- Basic legal and financial knowledge;
- Fluency in English (writing and speaking) is a must;
- PC skills: MS Office (Excel, Word – medium level), Outlook;
- Excellent communication and negotiations skills;
- Tenacity;
- Capacity to analyze;
- Customer oriented;
- Positive personality;
- Valid driving license: B type;
- Availability for flexible work program and business trips (80 – 90 % of the working time).
