-Responsible for plant operation and maintenance.
-Establish plant policies and procedures.
-Responsible for plant production goals.
-Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures.
-Maintain a clean and safe plant.
-Establish and direct plant policies and procedures.
-Establish and maintain a positive community relationship.
-Foster a well-trained and motivated staff.
-Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing and production.
-Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules.
-Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff.
-Conduct employee performance reviews.
-Schedule and conduct plant meetings.
-Responsible for the product quality control for the plant.
-Attend scheduled corporate training and meetings.
-Much of the work involves full operational control over what happens at the plant/works including engineering, output, personnel and often logistics and other commercial activity (sales and marketing).
-Reviewing and approving plans for the control of planned output, budget spending, material efficiency, engineering effectiveness, and human resources.
-Supervising and managing employees.
-Establishing strong working relations with other functional managers.
-University degree technical construction machines.
-A minimum of 3 years experience in technical management.
-Preferable expertise in engineering/ equipment construction field
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
-Strong people management capabilities.
-Excellent computer knowledge, including Excel and accounting software.
-Knowledge of English/German is an advantage.
