- All CAD/CAM/CAE servers & client workstations daily management & support.
- All CAD/CAM/CAE application implementations / upgrades (planning, testing, running live).
- Automations creation whenever possible (i.e. macros, scripts).
- End-user enrollment, training & continuous support.
- Technical communications with company’s customers, in order to set up data transfers and solve proactively any potential issues.
- Design, testing, implementation and regular updates of CAD/CAM/CAE application procedures.
- Collaboration with the rest of the IT department’s specialists, in order to solve in due time all crossfunctional problems.
- Active participation in the design / testing / maintenance of the ITCP (IT continuity plan).
Qualification Requirements:
- Naval Architecture / Mechanical Engineering / Any Computer Science degree
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in using / managing CAD/CAM/CAE applications. Any certification would be a plus.
- Very good understanding of hardware and software technologies. Any certification would be a plus.
- Good knowledge of any proprietary scripting language used in CAD/CAM/CAE.
- Project planning and management experience. Any certification would be a plus.
- Very good command of English (spoken and written).
- Good command of a second foreign language would be a plus (i.e. French, German, Italian).
